There’s nothing like a good old Matcha Latte to perk up your energy levels, and as it is the season to do all things festive I thought I’d add a little Christmas twist to this cup of wonderful goodness. I usually have my matcha latte after lunch, but NEVER I repeat NEVER have it after 5pm because YOU. WILL. NOT. SLEEP.
Christmas Matcha Latte Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of rice milk
- 1 Thumb size of fresh ginger
- 1 Heaped tsp of mixed spice
- 1 Heaped tsp of Matcha green tea powder
- 2 Dates
Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz. Pour into a saucepan and then heat up, not quite bringing to the boil.
