Orange & Kale Smoothie

This orange and kale smoothie tastes delicious, it’s a great Spring / Autumn smoothie and really gets extra greens in that you may struggle to fit into meals. The fresh ginger gives it a real kick and the orange juice and apple add sweetness.

Orange & Kale Smoothie Ingredients: (Makes 1 large smoothie)

  • 1 glass of fresh orange juice
  • 1 handful of chopped kale
  • 1 handful of chopped spinach
  • 1 chopped apple
  • Fresh gingers sliced – I used a thumb’s worth but I reaaaaally love ginger.

Pop the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Enjoy!
